You will receive an email containing a comprehensive step-by-step guide and details for appointing us as your U.S. Agent for Service, including instructions on accessing your FAA account, locating the agent designation section, and entering our required information.

    DESIGNATE YOUR FAA U.S AGENT

    Use the instructions in your email to designate us as your U.S. Agent for Service on the FAA USAS Portal (https://usas.faa.gov). For any support needed during this process, our experienced pilots are available to assist you.

  • FAA mail will be scanned and sent to email, unless physical email via mail forwarding

    Step 3

    RECEIVING YOUR FAA MAIL NOTIFICATIONS

    Upon successful registration as your U.S. Agent for Service, we will notify you by email whenever FAA communications are received on your behalf. Your documents will be automatically scanned (digital copy) or you may choose to have the original physical mail sent to your international address.
