  • Prohibited Items: Not use our services to receive, store, or forward any illegal, hazardous, dangerous, perishable, or otherwise prohibited materials, as defined by postal regulations (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, SingPost, etc.), customs authorities, or AeroTrust Agency's internal policies. We reserve the right to open and inspect any mail or package for security, safety, or legal compliance reasons, and to refuse service for any item deemed problematic.

3. Payment Terms
Subscription fees for AeroTrust Agency's services are charged automatically on an annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the applicable annual fee. Payment methods accepted will be specified during your subscription setup. You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your use of our services. Services may be suspended or terminated if automatic payments are unsuccessful or if any outstanding fees are not paid in a timely manner.
4. Refund Policy All sales of services provided by AeroTrust Agency are final. Once a service fee has been paid and access to our services, resources, or assistance has been granted or made available to you, either partially or in full, no refunds will be issued. This policy applies regardless of whether you ultimately use the services, find an alternative solution, change your mind, or are dissatisfied with the service after accessing or using it. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Exception for Genuine Billing Errors: The only exception to our no-refund policy is in the case of a genuine billing error made by AeroTrust Agency. A "genuine billing error" is strictly defined as an accidental overcharge or duplicate transaction that demonstrably resulted from our system or processing mistake.
Examples of genuine billing errors include, but are not limited to: duplicate charges, incorrect amounts charged, or a clear system glitch overcharge.
What Does NOT Constitute a Genuine Billing Error? The following situations are not considered genuine billing errors and are not eligible for a refund: your decision to no longer use our services, misunderstanding of service scope (where clearly outlined), dissatisfaction after access/use, failure to use the service, or issues from your technical setup.
Reporting a Genuine Billing Error: If you believe a genuine billing error has occurred, you must notify AeroTrust Agency in writing within seven (7) calendar days of the date of the disputed charge. Email admin@aerotrustagency.com with the subject "Billing Error Dispute - [Your Name]", including full details of the charge and error.
Error Investigation and Resolution: Upon notification, AeroTrust Agency will investigate. Our determination as to whether a genuine billing error occurred will be at the sole discretion of AeroTrust Agency, and our decision in this regard will be final. If a genuine error is confirmed, a refund for the erroneous amount will be processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.

8. Termination We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms, engage in unlawful activities, or if your account becomes inactive for a prolonged period. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
Upon termination, you are responsible for providing a valid forwarding address within 30 days to receive any remaining mail. Mail not claimed or forwarded within this period may be disposed of, returned to sender, or handled as required by law, at your expense.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the services.
10. Special Country or Territories mail forwarding rates might defer due to additional charges.
